Brooke Deschenes, LPC

Brooke Deschenes, LPC, serves as Director of Compliance, bringing more than nine years of experience in behavioral health clinical services, operations, quality, and regulatory compliance. Her background spans mental health and substance use disorder treatment across multiple levels of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, and medication-assisted treatment programs.

In her role, Brooke provides compliance oversight and guidance across the organization, helping ensure that clinical programs, policies, documentation practices, and operational processes align with state licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and established standards of care. She works closely with clinical and operational leadership to support regulatory readiness, quality improvement, risk management, staff education, and the development of sustainable systems that promote both compliance and high-quality patient care.

Before moving into enterprise compliance leadership, Brooke held clinical and operational leadership positions overseeing behavioral health programs across multiple states. Her experience includes program development, clinical supervision, utilization review, quality assurance, accreditation and licensing preparation, staff development, and direct clinical care. This combination of clinical and operational experience allows her to approach compliance not simply as a regulatory requirement, but as an important part of creating safe, effective, and well-run treatment programs.

Brooke earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
